Quran verse 7:1 starts with what we call "abracadabra" verse - which we were told as children "no one knows what it means, it is a mysterious!" You see other words in the start of 29 verses in the Quran: 2–3, 7, 10–15, 19–20, 26–32, 36, 38, 40–46, 50 and 68.
But Quran 7:1 is very special: الۤمّۤصۤ‏
We are not saying anything, but you can look up the meaning of the word in any online or offline dictionary it will show what it means in Arabic. Try it yourself, copy it and try.

Muhammad Corrects Allah:
There was revealed: 'Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and those who strive and fight in the Cause of Allah.' (4.95)
The Prophet said, "Call Zaid for me and let him bring the board, the inkpot and the scapula bone (or the scapula bone and the ink pot)."' Then he said, "Write: 'Not equal are those Believers who sit..", and at that time 'Amr bin Um Maktum, the blind man was sitting behind the Prophet . He said, "O Allah's Apostle! What is your order For me (as regards the above Verse) as I am a blind man?" So, instead of the above Verse, the following Verse was "revealed":
'Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) except those who are disabled (by injury or are blind or lame etc.) and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah.' (4.95)

Gender of a Baby is Decided After it Becomes a Clot
The Qur'an says that an embryo is transformed from semen into a clot, then it is shaped, and then the male or female sex is determined. Modern genetics has shown that the sex of a human is decided at the moment of conception.
Was he not a drop of fluid which gushed forth? Then he became a clot; then (Allah) shaped and fashioned And made of him a pair, the male and female.

While translators mostly use "And" in verse 39, the Arabic word is fa, as also in the previous conjunction, which indicates sequence (i.e. 'and then'). The tafsirs also take this view, and it is very much reflected in a sahih hadith found in Bukhari and Muslim:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "At every womb Allah appoints an angel who says, 'O Lord! A drop of semen, O Lord! A clot. O Lord! A little lump of flesh." Then if Allah wishes (to complete) its creation, the angel asks, (O Lord!) Will it be a male or female, a wretched or a blessed, and how much will his provision be? And what will his age be?' So all that is written while the child is still in the mother's womb."
Sahih Bukhari 1:6:315
The authentic hadith further confirms that Muhammad's knowledge is Allah's knowledge. And where a 7th century person did not know about a women's egg role until 1827, Allah did not know about it either!!

So Um Salamah went and talked with the prophet but he did not respond to her. When the group asked her what the prophet said she told them that he did not respond. So they asked her to go talk to him again until he responds… then the prophet said to her, “Do not hurt me with Aisha, for the inspiration did not come upon me when I was in a women's garment [fee thawb imra’ah] except that of Aisha.”

The companions of Um Salamah said, “O Um Salamah! By Allah the people wait to give their gifts till it is Aisha’s day and we desire the good things just as Aisha does. So ask the prophet to command the people to give him his gifts in whatever house of his wives he may be in.” Um Salamah mentioned this to the prophet but would not respond to her. She repeated it a second time but he still would not respond to her, but on the third time he said, “O Um Salama! Do not hurt me with Aisha; for by Allah, the inspiration did not descent on me while I was in the coverings (lihaf) of any of you (women) except Aisha.”[2]

I am Arab born and bred in Islam, and I can tell here there is nothing to see here. The language of the Quran is difficult, the stories are scattered all over the place, constantly praising Allah and Muhammad. Even the sequence of the chapters is confusing as they are not chronological order. It is an organised mess. Muhammad did not put it in this order, Muhammad had died some 20 years before they attempted to put this book as one piece!! He was not around to show us how the book is supposed to be!
And the idea that learning Arabic will make you more of a believer is a lie!! You only need to see how many Ex-Muslim Arabs there is. Go on Facebook or YouTube search the word كافر in Arabic, get some popcorn and see! Several group have over 50,000 followers each. Study from Saudi Arabia, the source of Islam, shows over 1 million Saudis are atheists (5% of their population) and as much as 19% are none religious! If you are not aware of level of Atheism in the Arab world, you really need to read this:

9. One should remove the feces on one's anus with one's finger and wash one's hand. If there are still traces of filth, one should wash them with water.
10. When cleaning the private parts after answering the call of nature, men should wash them from the back to the front. Women should wash them from the front to the back. Thus, the genitals will not be smeared with filth, nor will it cause one to be sexually aroused by the stimulation of fingers.

The narrative was used by some later islamists to convince others of the prophethood of Muhammad.
The question of such miracle should be, why Muhammad did not ask EVERYONE to wait on a given day to see the moon split?
Secondly, Muhammad did not know better and thought the moon emits its own light. Here is yet another scientific error in the Quran.
The Arabic word for reflected (in`ikaas) does not appear in the any Qur'anic verses that say the Moon is a "light". It instead uses the word "noor" (nooran) which simply means a light, and in another verse, muneer (muneeran), which means giving light and is from the same root as noor. Perhaps the best example of a verse showing the noor simply means light and not reflected light can be found in 33:45-46 in which a lamp is shining light with the exact same Arabic word as in:
" O Prophet! Lo! We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner. And as a summoner unto Allah by His permission, and as a lamp that giveth light."

Going back to this "test", where Allah pushes a parent to kill their child only to have the Shaytan try to stop him. Zaynab was married to Zaid, Muhammad's adopted son. One day Muhammad paid a visit to Zaid's house. Is this the solution now, when a couple have marital problems, divorce and hand her over to one of your relatives? What is she? A camel? And this martial dispute made its way to a holy book!! Finally, Allah who knows the future, did not think of banning adoption...say 20 years earlier when Muhammad adopted Zaid as his son?
Later, when Muhammad kept getting women offering themselves to him, and one of his wives made a scene another verse came 33:50 saying he can sleep with any women he wants. Notice, all in the same chapter!!!
Wait.. wait, in 33:53, "Allah" tells visitors Muhammad is shy and busy. Once you been and had dinner, leave!! 😂

Yes, not everything that was narrated and shared...and believed for 1350 years is still available for us. What apologist can twist and come up with ever creative way to explain it, they kept it. Anything in the Quran, they simply cannot change it. But the Hadith (narrations of people who spoke to Muhammad and passed on these stories) there has always been some questions on what to believe and what not to believe.
I have seen this and many variations of this meme shared in Arab Atheist social media. The consensus is that the narrative behind it is only found in Arabic printed hadith pre-1960's editions. After that, most publishers removed it as questionable and religious authorities stopped talking about it. Why? What happened in the 1960's that changed everything?
One important thing happened....first man landed on the moon and took a picture of Earth!! Arabs and Islamic countries had an Earthquake that shocked the population...the concept of a flat Earth had finally been set and no...there is nothing mysterious about how the Earth floats. Dig back and see how people from Egypt, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and Iraq lived. That is why the Authentic Hadith, in at least five times, makes the point that Muhammad waited 3 years and showed patience.

We have eleven verses in the Quran that describes the earth as flat like a rug, carpet, bed, and spread. BUT not one single verse suggesting the earth is Spherical or round - very easy words found in Arabic. The verses are: Quran [2:22], [15:19], [20:53], [43:10], [50:7], [51:48], [71:19], [78:6-7], [79:30], [88:20], [91:6].. To name few all backed by Hadith the confirms Muhammad truly believed the earth is flat. All that narration and translations were put under the "carpet" in the 1960's when man landed on the moon. There are three fundamental problems with this claim:
1. Given the earth gravity, this human would have collapsed under their own weight. The tallest dinosaur is 18 meters. It is simply not possible.
2. All archeological evidence collected turned out large dinosaur bones - never humans. Even when we found humanoids from the human evolution period some 100,000 years ago, shows if anything, we used to be shorter.
3. The claim that humans are made of clay is a Greek myth. Google it! If the author had knowledge of the sun orbiting a black hole then why he mentions the sun's orbit relative to that of the moon!

We have eleven verses describes the earth as flat like a rug, carpet, bed, and spread. BUT not one single verse suggesting the earth is Spherical or round - very easy words found in Arabic. The verses are: Quran [2:22], [15:19], [20:53], [43:10], [50:7], [51:48], [71:19], [78:6-7], [79:30], [88:20], [91:6].. Backed by Hadith that confirms Muhammad believed the earth is flat. All that narration and translations were pushed under the "carpet" in the 1960's when man landed on the moon.
Dr Joker Zakri, pressed on this major problem, invented the suggestion that Dahaha in verse 79:30 means ostrich egg. Anyone with basic Arabic knowledge can tell Dahaha is a verb, not a noun. And informed Arabs will tell you it means spreading , like when we spread bread. And if you do not believe me, check the verse for yourself on ‪Quran.com‬ or through the link below:
Under pressure to come up with any explanation, people like Zakri tried to twist new meanings out of the Quran. Looking for another obscured verse, they found a verse using word كور (Kawar). While the word كور is derived from the word كرة (Kurah) it is not difficult to see it is a very different word. The Quran refers to the day and night (Kawar) over the each other. But they get busted. The verse does not talk about Earth but about how the "day" takes over the night and so on. Translations present it:
"He created the heavens and the earth for a purpose. He wraps the night around the day, and wraps the day around the night..." Quran 39:5
That is because Muhammad said in multiple places that the light and dark are a form of a "cover" whereby the lights are bits of light "coming from behind the cover". Wrap around does not necessary mean a ball. Can you not wrap a boxed gift!?
The Saudis had tried to remove all reference to flat Earth but some old news paper extracts remain online, for example this article from 1995:

Jahanam is the Quran's term for Hell. It is supposedly the place where disbelievers will fry for eternity even if they are the best of people. Think of all the nice doctors, researchers, humanitarian volunteers, charity givers, even those who helped Muslims in their time of need - they will fry in Jahanam for eternity. How do we know this? We know this from the story of Abi Talib.
Abu Talib ibn Abd al-Muttalib was the leader of Banu Hashim, a clan of the Qurayshi tribe of Mecca. He being the brother of Abdullah the father of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad, was his uncle and father of Ali. He looked after Muhammad after his father died and his mother abandoned him to be raised by the tribe. He made sure he is safe and well looked after. When Muhammad claimed prophecy, he respected his views but did not buy it. When the pagans had enough of Muhammad, they appealed to expel him, even as far as kill him. But it was Abi Talib and his authority that this was never allowed. He was a peacemaker and preferred diplomacy and negotiation to violence. Muhammad knew that his uncles influence helped him conduct his early Dawah free from any harm.
When Abi Talib was sick of old age, Muhammad tried to convince him that his message is true. Abi Talib still did not buy it. When he died, people could see Muhammad was upset for Abi Talib was a very respected and very good man. No one had a single thing against him. When Muhammad was asked if Allah will still forgive him and welcome him to heaven - his response was, I will ask Allah and see what he says! In short, Allah the (All-Merciful) responded in Ayah 9:113 - nope he is going to burn in hell!

How come rapists, mass murderers, child abusers, war crime army generals can go to Mecca and guarantee all their sins wiped out but a good person goes to hell because they don't believe? Worse more, because Allah decided they will be "wood for hell" and after all this you want to call him the All-Merciful?

Go ahead. Test your faith. But wait, maybe read what the AUTHENTIC HADITH tells us happened to Muhammad in his final years. How he suffered for four years because of it and eventually killed him. Here is a clue, pssst "he did not eat his dates one morning after a battle." 🤫

Muhammad was poisoned by a Jewish woman, following the conquest of Khaibar, where he took Safiyah as a wife, and ordered the torture and beheading of her husband Kinana, the chief of the Jews at Khaibar.
Narrated Anas bin Malik: A Jewess brought a poisoned (cooked) sheep for the Prophet who ate from it. She was brought to the Prophet and he was asked, "Shall we kill her?" He said, "No." I continued to see the effect of the poison on the palate of the mouth of Allah's Apostle .
